The speed and duration of auctions depends on bidding interest and volume and can vary dramatically. As a general rule, auctions of this nature sell at approximately 60 lots per hour. We recommend you do not try to time your lot but rather provide yourself plenty of additional time.
HOW CAN I BID AT THIS AUCTION?
All intending purchasers must register to bid for this auction.
Attend the auction and bid in person simply by registering during the viewing or on the day of the auction.

If you cannot attend the auction, you can place absentee bids via the Leonard Joel website.
Alternatively, you can fill out an absentee bidding form and return to Leonard Joel staff.
Bids will be executed free of charge and at the lowest possible price.
Absentee bids will also be accepted throughout the auction from those attending the auction in person.
If you cannot attend the auction, simply register to bid with one of our experienced staff by phone.

FEES, CHARGES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All purchases are subject to a 24% buyer’s premium, inclusive of GST.
GST can be removed from the premium for all purchasers with an overseas address.
Leonard Joel’s preferred methods of payment are by cash, direct deposit, bank cheque or credit card.
Please note that Leonard Joel is unable to accept personal cheques for this auction.

SPECIAL NOTICE ABOUT PAYMENTS FOR THIS AUCTION
All items must be paid for and collected by 4pm, Wednesday 27 June.
Any changes to these terms must be approved by the vendor prior to auction.
Uncollected items will be removed to a third party storage facility and daily storage fees will apply.
